Horrible experience, free raging headache

点评：Have regularly used the cafe/restaurant over the years to meet up with friends, today will be the last time I set foot in there!
Having gone looking forwards to a nice relaxing catch up with a friend it was sadly ruined. A coffee machine was being installed with a heavy duty high pitched drill. We endure it for 10+ minutes before I complained. The attitude from the restaurant manager was awful. We were told we should have picked up all are food and drinks and moved to the otherside of the restaurant. No apology just a rude unpleasant attitude. My friend said it would have been nice to have a sign warning there would be noisy works going on so customers could choose to be in that environment, and the mangeress said No. I said it was incredibly unpleasant for customers and all she said was they needed a new coffee machine to stop queues (her attitude said like it or lump it) . Well I for one won't be in that queue or using the place again. A complete waste of money. I was just lucky my friend had paracetamol which we both needed. Worst headache I have had in months from the screeching drilling.
Customers are not valued and frankly common decency and manners are not something to expect here. If there is a problem tough luck! I reported it to other management, but frankly it ruined my morning. Avoid if you would expect better service than I described.
