Brodick Golf Club的点评
点评：We always look forward to playing this course on our regular trips to Arran, and once again the course itself was fantastic. It’s always in great condition and is a real pleasure to play.
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the food and drink service. My advice would be to enjoy the golf, then head elsewhere afterwards. The staff were consistently unfriendly and came across as though we were a complete inconvenience. The lady in charge, in particular, seemed like she genuinely didn’t want to be there, which created a very unwelcoming atmosphere.
One member of our group asked for a drink at the bar and was simply told, “Nope! We’ve had a busy day!” That response summed up the experience perfectly.
It’s such a shame because the quality of the golf deserves so much better. The course is excellent, but the poor customer service left a real sour taste and detracted from what should have been a brilliant day.
