Deb's quick responsiveness made it so easy to book a wine tour. She understood dietary restrictions and made sure we got the experience we wanted.
Massi, our driver, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable of the area because he grew up in Tuscany. He was an incredible guide, full of knowledge about the region's history and culture. By the end of the trip, we felt like family.
Our tour highlights included visits to Pomona winery and Tenuta Casanova winery. Both were family operated and offered exquisite wines. Pomona Winery is a woman-owned winery and every single bottle of wine was fantastic. They specialize in DOCG Chianti Classico. We bought 2 cases to be shipped to us. Tenuta Casnova winery has a gorgeous view and peacocks! It's also a farm, so you can hear roosters too. They specialize in Merlot wine and Basalmic vinegar. However we left with the white truffle oil and a few bottles of wine.
I highly recommend Italy Unfiltered for anyone wanting to experience Tuscany, its wines, and warm hospitality.
