St-Albert Cheese Co-Op的点评
点评：It is absolutely worth driving to St. Albert just to visit this cheese factory. You walk upstairs and look through windows above into the different sections where they change milk into different kinds of cheeses. There are signs in the wall explaining the process and a short video playing as well.
Downstairs you can purchase many beautiful products to eat right away and for home later. Tables and chairs are available to use - have lunch here, you will not be disappointed. We bought numerous block cheeses and (literally still warm) cheese curds that squeak in your mouth when you bite down!! They were made only a few hours earlier…
You can buy locally made honey and maple syrups and so many wonderful products. The facility is crystal clean and well looked after; you feel confident with its top quality.
