A perfect spot in the heart of LBI

点评：Bay Village in Beach Haven is one of our favorite family-friendly spots on Long Beach Island. Every time we visit LBI, it’s a must-do for our crew. It’s the kind of place where there’s something for everyone—whether you’ve got toddlers, teens, or grandparents along for the ride.
The whole area has that classic boardwalk feel without being overwhelming. It’s super walkable, safe, and easy to navigate with strollers or little ones in tow. There are over 20 small shops, so you can browse toys, beach gear, souvenirs, and sweet little gift shops while the kids run around (with supervision, of course).
The food options are a huge hit for families. Our kids beg for the fudge from **Country Kettle**, and we always make a stop at **Crust & Crumb Bakery** for their famous elephant ears. There’s also plenty of casual food spots where picky eaters can find something they’ll like—ice cream, soft pretzels, waffles, and more.
It’s also really close to other kid-favorites like **Fantasy Island Amusement Park** and **Thundering Surf Waterpark**, so it’s super easy to build a whole day of fun around it. You can do rides and water slides, then wind down with shopping and treats at Bay Village.
The vibe is relaxed and family-friendly, with clean facilities and friendly staff throughout. It’s a great way to spend a few hours together—whether you’re shopping, snacking, or just enjoying the atmosphere.
If you’re visiting LBI with kids, Bay Village should definitely be on your list. It’s charming, fun, and has that classic summer vacation vibe!
