点评：Strap yourself in because this is going to be a rollercoaster of love and praise for Nicolas and the team at Albion.
We were in Sault to spectate at the Tour de France and wanted to hire a bike for my teenage son (who isn’t a huge cyclist) so we could get up to Chalet Reynard and watch the tour go by.
I wasn’t sure what kind of bike would be best and really needed advice - I don’t ride e-bikes. Nicolas helped me figure it all out over email and secured the booking quickly for me so I didn’t lose the bike. The level of contact and support before I’d even hired the bike was huge. It left me feeling really positive about how things would go when we arrived.
We hired the bike for 2 days so we could reccy the route the day before, so we got to check out the store and facilities before the big day. And all I can say is WOW. What a well oiled, slick operation. A very quick pick up, excellent bikes in great condition, lots of support to master the e-bike set up. And once out of the shop, a clean and tidy toilet for customers to use before setting off. There was ample parking, a lovely bakery next door and the reassuring feeling that Albion knew what they’re doing and cared about your cycling experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend Albion and I will be back to hire more bikes in the future.
