Lot of room for improvement

点评：We visited with a group of girls As we walked in we were briefly greated by a member of staff who told us to pick what we wanted to paint and read the sign on the table for instructions, That was pretty much all the interaction with had with the staff. We were kind of just left to it. There’s was no proper introduction, explanation of tools paints available etc it seemed all a bit impersonal.
On the plus side it is a very cute place with lots of pottery options to paint. So many options it took us so long to decide what to actually paint. We had a selection of paints on our table. Annoying no one had bothered filling up the bottles so there was a lot of empty ones. Luckily there was an empty table behind us with a selection of paints so we kept dipping in otherwise we would have kept having to get up get to get the staff to find us more paint. I mean if you have a large booking Atleast make sure the paint is topped up! That’s just basic! We later realised that on the opposite side of the shop there was another room with more pottery and more tools we could use to paint. We came across this by total fluke because one of our group members went to have a nose. This is something that should been explained during an introduction really. It was our first visit and we had no idea other than the paint on the table and the really bad conditioned paint brushes there was other bits we could use.
We didn’t even know we could get drinks until we saw someone with one
We ordered some hot chocolates which was just watery, after I finished it I realised it wasn’t great because most the chocolate was stuck to the bottom of the mug. This was the case with pretty much everyone one of us. I wish I had taken a picture. I mean how hard is it to stir the drink before serving
Overall it’s a nice place and I probably would go again if I was desperate to paint pottery but to be honest there’s a lot of places around. There’s a lot of room for improvement mainly service related. I mean if you don’t want to work there get another job! The Tables could do with more space as we were all crammed together.
