点评:I rode with Dartmouth Coach on Monday, December 22nd and left my AirPods case (empty) presumably on the seat of the bus. I know this because I was able to track it with FindMy on my iPhone. I emailed them that same afternoon, then followed up two days later. No one answered me for a week. Today, I called them and they did not have the item, so I double checked FindMy and was able to track my AirPods case (and the expensive Pela brand case I bought for it)… to the dump in West Lebanon, NH. You’re telling me you swept up an expensive piece of electronics and threw it in the trash instead of turning it into lost and found? That’s just negligence. And to imply when I called back that someone ELSE (like a passenger on the bus) must have thrown the item away?! Ridiculous. Whoever cleaned that bus threw my item in the trash and didn’t even bother to return it, just like you didn’t bother to answer my emails. Careless, unacceptable, and costly. That’s around a hundred dollars (possibly more) down the drain and the best you can offer is a half hearted apology.
I’ll sooner pay more for Amtrak than to support this shady company ever again.
