点评：Extremely rude and unacceptable behavior.
The person working at this attraction, named Claudia, charged us even though we were there for LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. We had simply arrived at the wrong place by mistake. Instead of helping us or politely explaining the situation, he shouted at us and treated us with complete disrespect.
The moment we realized this was not the attraction we were looking for, we asked for our money back. He refused, even though we had only been there for a few minutes.
It is not about the amount of money. It is about the terrible attitude and complete lack of basic customer service. There was absolutely no reason to shout at us or treat visitors this way over a simple mistake.
A very unpleasant experience. I DO NOT recommend this attraction at all. There are much better places to spend your time and money.
