Stressful and Poorly Organized Event

点评：It was a very busy day, and there were not enough staff members available to assist all of the groups. Our party was one of many attending, and several children with little or no experience required assistance.
One of the parent tried to help the children but was approached by an aggressive staff member who shouted at him and asked him to leave the event. After that one child became upset and longer wanted to continue participating.
Those who did continue were repeatedly approached by the same aggravated staff member, who shouted at the children and give up at them that they were not able to handle by themselves. A manager was asked to address the situation; however, the response was equally unprofessional. Instead of trying to understand the concerns raised and apologising for the staff member’s behaviour, the manager continued to argue with us.
Overall, the event was poorly managed, and the staff did not appear prepared to handle a busy day with multiple parties taking place at the same time.
