点评：Our family of 6 was travelling to Greece and we decided to add a visit to Egypt since we were so close to it. We were a bit nervous on how to navigate planning for Egypt so we decided to use a travel agent in Canada to help guide us. She set us up with Look at Egypt Tours and are we ever glad she did. The exceptional service we received was truly above and beyond. The manager of our trip was Mahmoud. From the moment we met him at the Cairo airport he took care of literally everything - from getting visas upon arrival through passport control and transfers to our hotel. Having his help at the airport gave us instant comfort and relief, advice on the language, currency, managing the culture of tipping for all services, etc. He coordinated everything for us and never once made any of our asks feel like an inconvenience - such as going to a pharmacy to get sunscreen and contact solution. He set us up with very knowledgeable egyptologists who took us through the pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), a desert safari, and a day trip to Alexandria. He also ensured we had the same driver all 4 days - Omar was exceptional and so warm and welcoming. At the end of our 4 days we felt so appreciative of how well we were treated and how much we had seen. I can't recommend this company enough!!
