点评:We had an extremely disappointing experience with WEGO bus service at Niagara Falls. On December 31st, we took a bus heading north, intending to get off at Clifton Hill. Despite pressing the stop button, the driver did not stop the bus. The stop button was already glowing orange from Clifton Hill, but the driver ignored it. He was busy on a call with another lady who appeared to be a fellow driver.
After shouting to get his attention, he finally stopped at Queen Street instead of Clifton Hill, leaving us stranded in the rain. The driver claimed we didn’t press the stop button, which was clearly not the case.
To make matters worse, we waited at Queen Street South for 30 minutes in the rain at 7:20 PM on New Year’s Eve. No buses arrived, and there was no helpline or support to contact for assistance. When a bus finally arrived, it only went as far as Bird Kingdom, forcing us to walk 30 minutes in the rain to reach our destination.
This unprofessional and careless service ruined what should have been a joyful evening. WEGO needs to seriously improve driver training, communication, and customer support to prevent such experiences. Definitely one of the worst public transit experiences we’ve ever had!
