点评：I am from Nottingham outskirts and regularly use this network. I won’t be using them ever again. They have become more and more overrun with gangs of youths, threatening violence and intimidating, stealing, or sometimes physically attacking the public or eachother on the trams. This has only gotten worse over the past few years. Incidents are common even in the daytime. On Sunday 20th July, at around 5pm, I personally witnessed a large group of young lads, some of which in balaclavas, physically threaten and attempt to steal a young man’s electric scooter on the Phoenix park line. There isn’t any security or any police presence close enough to intervene or to make the public feel at ease. I am a 6 foot 2, 15 stone 20 year old lad, and even I, whilst travelling with my girlfriend, felt extremely on edge and nervous the entire journey, so god knows how I’d feel if I was a vulnerable person. I will never use this tram system again, and neither will any of my family. Awful experience and is only getting worse with time.
