Hull Adventure Centre的点评
点评：Took my nephews karting here recently. They had a great time on the track, but there were a few things that took the shine off.
Wasn’t clear beforehand that you need to bring your own gloves and balaclava or buy them there – cost me an extra £5 each on the day. Also, if you’re coming on a Hull KR match day, leave early… cars are parked everywhere along the road in, so it turns into a single lane crawl. They really should stop parking on the access road.
The website says they do food, but I only saw some cans and ice cream. The place has a 5-star hygiene rating but the little kitchenette behind the reception didn’t look great.
Staff-wise – they weren’t rude, but they didn’t seem that interested either. Got ignored for a bit while they were chatting about personal stuff, and when I said “excuse me” it felt like I’d interrupted them. Just had that council-run vibe, not the friendlier feel you get at privately run tracks.
Good fun for the kids overall, but the customer service and a few basics could be better
