Orchard View Farm的点评
点评：We stayed in one of the pods the pod was lovely and so was the owner kerry that we met.
First morning we went for breakfast and it was fantastic tasty plentiful and fresh!
So we decided to go for it again on the Sunday and again the food was fantastic. However ..a member of staff a lady with short red hair. I believe her name was chris soured an amazing weekend break although she was polite to us her attitude and rudeness toward the younger less experiences staff was quite frankly disgusting. And in front of all the customers it was quite shocking to us. We was the first customers in and as we approached the till she said to the young lad behind the till upsell upsell upsell as loud and clear as day. Now although I'm very aware of how upselling is essential in the catering industry telling your staff directly Infront of the customer is appalling service.
Then the same young lad made a mistake missing something off of the till and instead of having a quiet word with him in private she made a very dramatic scene in front of the whole restaurant. I am not sure what her position in the establishment actually is but you would think she was running a country! But seeing as she was telling the young lad every 5 minutes that he was doing something wrong she must be perfect right?! .... until she blew her nose very loudly in the middle of the serving area in front of the customers... I mean every one needs to blow there nose here and there maybe not in front of everyone but that wasn't the most shocking thing ... she then continued to touch everything and do her work without even washing her hands ... i honestly can not believe how she seemed to be in charge. The power has definitely gone to her head ! The farm is beautiful and the food was fantastic . Overall it's a fantastic place but that lady really ought to learn how to speak to younger less experienced staff! Oh and how to wash her hands.

然后，那个年轻小伙子在收银机上漏了点东西，她非但没有私下和他好好谈谈，反而当着全餐厅的面大吵大闹。我不知道她在餐厅里到底是什么职位，但你肯定会觉得她像个国家领导人似的！不过，她每隔五分钟就指责那个年轻小伙子做错了事，所以她肯定完美无缺，对吧？！……直到她在顾客面前，在服务区中央大声擤鼻涕……我的意思是，每个人都需要偶尔擤擤鼻涕，也许不必当着所有人的面，但这还不是最令人震惊的事……之后，她甚至都没洗手，就继续摸来摸去地干活……我真不敢相信她居然觉得自己是负责人。权力让她飘飘然了！农场很美，食物也很棒。总的来说，这是一个很棒的地方，但那位女士真的应该好好学学怎么和年轻、经验不足的员工沟通！哦，还有，她应该学学怎么洗手。
