Beautiful gallery, dreadful service.

点评：An amazing collection or artists gathered in this beautiful gallery. I had driven for two hours and had hoped to purchase art by Chris Neale and Dan Wright.
Sadly when I arrived the lady who was on duty (not sure if she was staff, curator or an artist) was busy chatting to a friend about someone who was in hospital. I didn't like to interrupt as I did not know the circumstances. Some recognition of my existence would have been appreciated though. The conversation lasted at least twenty minutes only interrupted when the lady answered a call from someone asking how to clean blinds! I again waited for the conversation to end. When finished the assistant disappeared into a back room. I gave it a few more minutes then left.
It appeared that the assistant had already made up her mind I was not a potential buyer ( I was) and not worth an acknowledgement or her time. Such a shame, these incredible artists deserve better customer service. I left at a complete loss as to the atrocious service i received......with my bank account untouched!
