Horrible seat that squeaked the whole time & Hailey, the manager, was extremely rude.

My wife & I decided to watch a movie & when we saw this theatre we thought it looked so unique & vintage that we had to go. So we get our tickets for a movie at 8:30PM & everything is great… until we get to our seats. My wife’s seat was extremely loud & squeaky. She had to sit uncomfortably the whole time because she didn’t want to ruin the movie for everyone else.
Since the movie was playing & my wife didn’t want to miss a single minute of it, she sacrificed & dealt with the uncomfortable position throughout the entire two & a half hour movie.
When the movie finally ended at 11PM, my wife & I walked out to go tell a manager about the seat so they could get someone to fix it & save someone else the uncomfortable situation.
There was no one at the help desk at all so we found someone who was cleaning at the concession stand, a young lady. She was extremely nice & helpful & tried to find a manager for us. She went to go and tell another girl we needed a manager & instead of that girl calling for one she said right in front of us “Why? What do they need? What’s the problem?” So she came directly to us & asked what the problem was so we told her but said we would like to talk to a manager to make sure the problem gets solved. So, she finally called on her walkie talkie for the manager, two or three times and the manager answered her but still didn’t come out.
When this manager, named Hailey, finally comes out, she automatically seems iterated & annoyed. Her exact words were, “What do you really need, sir? I’m handling money, I don’t have time for this; I’m just trying to close.” I tried to explain the issue & told her I would show her the seat & she said “No, you can just give me the seat number & I’ll send a maintenance man to do it later.” When I tried to explain how I wanted her to see how it squeaked, she automatically was annoyed.
I was very surprised by this extremely horrible customer service & unprofessionalism, especially after my wife sat through that nearly three hour movie even though she was uncomfortable. Her back has been killing her.
