点评:I am a university student and had been looking forward to seeing Dracula for weeks, but after I bought a ticket and dragged my two friends to see it (and ended up needing a Lyft because public transit was delayed), the woman at the guest services desk wouldn’t accept my friend’s university ID for the rated R movie. She was very unfriendly throughout the whole experience and me and my friends couldn’t see the movie because we couldn’t abandon our other friend to see it. I realize that different places have policies, but it was all very confusing because they accept school IDs for the A-list thing and call it a “valid ID” but not for rated R movies. I asked her if there was anything that we could do and tried to find a solution, and again I understand there are policies, but she was very rude in the way that she spoke to us and she then suggested we just leave our other friend and go in. I wasted several hours of my life and cried in a public bathroom. There are also no other times I will be able to see this movie unless I want to take public transit back to my university at midnight.
Edit: This was the same staff member who was also unnecessarily rude to us when we came to this theatre to see a Demon Slayer movie a couple months ago.

编辑:几个月前我们来这家影院看《鬼灭之刃》电影时,也是这位工作人员对我们态度极其恶劣。
