点评：Located in the heart of Sanmachi Suji this Sake brewery offers some samples to try (you pay via individual machines) and selling sake of course, but it also offers sake making tours - which was a cherry on my birthday cake, literally as it was my 40th birthday that day! :) I have been to many distilleries and breweries, wineries, but never to a sake brewery so it was a unique way to celebrate!
The area you go through is pretty small but the smell in the air is pretty unique and very pleasant, and the educational part of sake making process being you naturally get to sample 3 different sakes - the first two are classic sakes and tasted completely different, the 3rd one is one with yuzu (tropical fruit) making it a bit sweeter yet unexpectedly tasty!
If you are in the area I say is a must - how can one go to Japan and not go to a Sake Brewery (we have learned that you can recognize Sake places by that big brown ball in front of the doorways, which came pretty handy later during our trip! )
