Complete Scam- I've traveled quite a bit and never scammed this directly after speaking to a representative. Warning!

点评:This company is fraudulent and misleading and the customer service is absolutely outrageous. Here's the series of events that happened:
1. I booked a roundtrip SHARED ride in advance
2. The Impala car showed up and charged me $170 and I asked if this was correct
3. I found out that others paid $45 for two people so I called in and asked to cancel the return and to be reimbursed $40 for the overcharge
4. Sade said that she would 100% cancel my return and send me a refund for $85 for the return, and that she's let me know in the next day how much I can get reimbursed for the arrival date, ideally $40 so I pay the correct $45 for the arrival.
5. I booked an uber for MUCH cheaper than even the $45 and got to the airport
6. My original pickup time for my "canceled" return shuttle was 2:15 PM and they emailed me at 2:34 PM saying that I must take the shuttle and they decided to "un-refund me" after confirming and after I'm already physically at the airport.
7. I just emailed a response explaining what a bad experience and misleading process it has been, and going to my bank as well as they literally told me not to show up, and then 15 minutes after the original time- msg me that they are charging me. This is exactly the definition of fraud and a scam.
This is completely fraudulent and misleading and nobody should have such a negative experience like this. I hope they make the situation right and realize this is NOT how to treat customers.
