An amazing trip, well recommended and well worth the admission in my view

点评：OMG what an amazing place !!!
So I started the day by chance calling in to see if they had space for the deep cavern tours. I turned up within 5 mins of the tour going so it was a rush but the customer service is spot on and first class… they radioed through and told the guide I was going on a tour and then told me not to panic or rush.
I starts the tour and what an amazing experience, well reccommended…. From start to finish was breathtaking, stunning and pure joy to experience how life would have once been.
The tour guide Emma was superb, very informative, interesting, her personality makes you smile, she was just superb and unique… a true gem, her customer service skills were beyond perfection, if your reading this…be very proud of yourself, what an awesome job you have!!
During the tour, Emma suggested doing the underground golf but obviously as a solo person, you can’t play golf on your own, Emma said jokingly oh I’ll just grab someone to put you with, and then a lovely family invited me along with them!!
I tried to purchase a ticket for the golf but unfortunately they had sold out , however again customer service went above and beyond and managed to sort something out so I could join this lovely family.
I am now friends with them and just want to say thank you for everything, you should be so proud of the team .

参观过程中，艾玛建议我去玩地下高尔夫，但显然一个人是玩不了的。艾玛开玩笑说：“哦，我这就找个人陪你一起玩。”结果，一个非常友善的家庭邀请我一起去！
我尝试买票，可惜已经售罄。不过，客服人员再次展现了他们超乎寻常的热情，帮我找到了其他办法，让我也能加入这个可爱的家庭。
现在我和他们成了朋友，我只想对你们说声谢谢，你们的团队真的太棒了！
