Pendle Village Shopping Centre的点评
点评：I telephoned the carpet/flooring department and asked if a representative could attend at my son’s home. He is classed as a disabled vulnerable adult. An appointment was duly arranged. Measurements were taken for a bathroom floor replacement. However, the representative had no samples. He informed my son he would call back at the property. There was no second visit so I contacted the store. The person I spoke to offered no excuse and a discussion took place on prices. My son had been quoted £100. This person was quoting approx. £140. He said he would phone back but didn’t. Another appointment was made the following week. This wasn’t kept. I then phoned yet again only to be told the previous day they had had van troubles and informed me they would contact me. Nothing. A few days later I cancelled the whole thing and contacted another firm to which I received exemplary service.
