点评：I booked Jackie's Tours for two trips for a large group of 30+ family members on vacation. From the initial contact with the company communication was prompt, direct, and friendly, this continued for the entire process. They were very flexible with the fluctuating numbers leading up to the day. Both trips were booked from Runaway Bay; one to Ochi Rios and the other to Boston Beach. The prices were fair for the distance and time.
They provided a bus and van to facilitate the large group and made it convenient for infants all the way to the senior members who needed wheelchair assistance. They provided a variety of car seats and the drivers were very helpful to ensure everyone was safe and comfortable.
The drivers were professional, friendly, and very accommodating for this large group. The vehicles are clean, comfortable, and have powerful A/C that kept us cool for the drives. Big shout out to our drivers Nicholas and Andre for the unforgettable experience and for getting us to and from safely. I highly recommend this company and will book with them again for the next time I'm in Jamaica.
