点评：We spent 1 night here and absolutely loved the experience. It was a wonderful way to immerse ourselves in the rhythm of local life! During our stay, we joined a cycling tour through the nearby villages, where we met friendly locals, learned about their daily routines, and gained a deeper understanding of the region’s rich culture.
The next morning, we woke up early to the peaceful sounds of nature and the fresh morning air for a visit to the Cai Rang Floating Market. Although it wasn’t as crowded as the photos online, it was still a fascinating glimpse into the traditional way of trading on the river. We even had breakfast on a boat and enjoyed coffee served from little floating cafés, such a unique and memorable experience. Before leaving, we stopped by a local noodle-making workshop, where we watched the process of making Hu Tiu noodles and even got to try making some ourselves.
Highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the Mekong Delta — everything was wonderful, and Hannah’s warm hospitality made our stay even more special. Can’t wait to come back again!
