点评：Amazing spot, first visited many years ago when it was ran by the RSPB, there have been many positive changes since it was taken over by the current volunteers. Notably 2 viewings areas, a lovely cafe and the cleanest toilets.
Staff are so friendly, enthusiastic and super knowledgeable. They were helping everyone to adjust the scopes (provided!) and nothing was too much trouble. They ask for donations rather than a set admission price as they very admirably want to be accessible for everyone including low income families.
The ospreys were showing well in both nests, along with lots of goldfinches, chaffinches, and the usual garden birds on the feeders at the cafe.
Had a lovely day and if we lived closer we would absolutely volunteer here.
