Caribou Creek Company的点评
点评：We visited Caribou Creek on Friday, July 19, during our short stay in Ketchikan, AK, during our Alaska cruise. In addition to having a great collection of Alaska-related items, we also experienced outstanding customer service.
We had purchased some items from a different store nearby, and while shopping at Caribou Creek, we accidentally dropped our shopping bag from the other store. Only a few days later (and several stops further along on our cruise) did we realize that we had inadvertently left our other shopping bag somewhere. We finally traced the bag back to Caribou Creek and called them.
As it turns out, they held the bag for us, anticipating our call and agreed to ship the items in the bag to our home back in the lower 48.
You don’t find that kind of customer service in many places, and we highly recommend Caribou Creek for both the items they sell and the outstanding customer service.
