Decent show, disastrous service

点评：Three different employees sent us in three different directions to find our seats. I am 80, hubs in 70 and recently ou t of maine Med from surgery. Excessive walking was not what either of us needed. When we finally got to the right area, it was pitch black, and we had additional trouble finding the seats. At the Merrill, the ladies know where you need to go, guide you there, and the venue is lit up until the show. Ive never had more inept " help" in my life. In addition, the parking pass we were offered was at 181 High st, 4 blocks and a 25 minute walk away. we thought for $26.00 it would have been closer. At our ages, we were exhausted by the time we got there, then were sent in several directions for our seats. We sent our grandson to retrieve the car after the show. he had to pay another $25.00 to get the car out as we didn't realize he needed the original printed pass to get out. It took us 2 days to recover. Never again.
