Lovely facility, good oil but the short experience is a little too abbreviated.

点评：THE SHORT EXPERIENCE - it is worth noting that we did the short experience - about 1 hour and 15 minutes about learning about olive oils and tasting olive oils and olives. We felt it was a tad too short. While we didn't want to spend a day walking the grounds or having a cooking class, we did want an introduction to olive cultivation and practices and this wasn't that. It was a short introduction to different types/levels of Greek olive oil and sipping the oil straight from cups, with bread and water palate cleansers. They did not show us around the small museum - or discuss much background about the history of olives in Greece. It's efficient - "here are the differences in the oils and here's how they taste." There were a few times when our guide seemed a bit impatient to move on quickly. So, the oils were good, we did buy oil to ship home - there prices were higher than market but come with reasonable shipping - and we did learn about olive oil polyphenols and acidity - we wished we'd had a bit more. Perhaps they could expand the experience by 20 minutes or so and add a bit more info and a more relaxed pace.
