Extremely Unsafe and Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs

点评：I’m writing this review to share a very serious and disappointing experience at Cenote La Noria. This past Saturday, my friends were ATV riding with the company — they were passengers when the ATV suddenly shut off while going downhill, causing them to be thrown several feet off the vehicle. They suffered multiple injuries, including several open wounds.
What was most upsetting was the complete lack of proper response from the staff. No one called for medical help, and the only assistance offered was a few Band-Aids — for injuries that clearly needed real first aid or professional attention. There was no accountability, no concern for their well-being, and shockingly, staff continued to ask for tips after the incident.
This was a traumatic experience that could have been much worse, and the lack of care or safety measures is unacceptable. I strongly urge management to reevaluate their safety protocols and how they handle emergencies. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and responsible excursion.
