Wightlink Isle of Wight Ferries的点评
点评：We recently travelled with Wight Ferries, taking our car across to the Isle of Wight, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
From the initial booking, the customer service team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. When I called with a few questions before booking, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, making the whole process simple and stress-free. Price was reasonable for 2 adults taking a car. Worth booking your car and if you want to explore the island fully.
On the day of travel, check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and well organised. The ferry crossing itself was smooth, with beautiful views along the way, making the journey a pleasure. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, helpful, and happy to assist.
The return journey was just as seamless, from boarding to disembarking. Everything ran smoothly, and we really couldn’t fault the service at any stage.
The ferry journey itself wasn’t overcrowded. It’s plenty of space to move around on the decks.
A huge thank you to everyone at Wight Ferries for making our trip so enjoyable. We would happily travel with you again and highly recommend your service to anyone visiting the Isle of Wight.
