Nice river ride, but poor staff communication and help.

点评：Our overall experience was enjoyable because the equipment was as expected and the river is beautiful…but, there was a total lack of staff communication and assistance. Our reservation was for 8:30 and it was well past 9:30 before we got going because they did not have enough canoes at the river entrance. There were no staff communicating that we were to grab life jackets before getting on the shuttle (the entire bus had to get off and grab them after someone thankfully asked if we were to grab them), no staff directing us at the canoe drop off, and no staff there to help us pull canoes from the river (also, so many canoes and kayaks there, that we were almost unable to find a spot to pull out boats to shore). More help and communication from staff would have made it a lot more enjoyable!
