点评:An otherwise pleasant cruise which turned into a night of disappointment.
For a while I was contemplating on just letting it pass. But the rude treatment I experienced from the buffet personnel has to be made known to the management and most of all to its future customers. No one wants to hear ‘this is buffet, not all you can eat’ when all you want is more salad and fish after a first serving! It really all comes down to a need to change the employees’ attitude and language towards its customers. There are better ways of making oneself understood. Inappropriate language can incite the most noble person into an unforgiving criticism.
So, to all of you who decide to take the Skyline cruise, make sure you don’t go on board hungry!!!
