Arrived 15 minutes before departure
We were seated on the 2nd without table up against a column in the middle of the room.
Our waiter didn’t speak or understand English
40.00 for a drink package that offered Woodbridge wine and I had to insist that running out of cab and saying we only have Merlot fueled my fire
I insisted that the bartender get us more cab
Horrible mistake The wine is gasoline.
It was a rainy night and the room was freezing.
When we asked our waiter to lower the air he couldn’t understand what we were saying and the freezing continued for the night.
It was raining through our cruise so our choice was stay cold or get wet for the night.
The food was probably the worst I’ve ever had
We both had bad reactions and some sort of food poisoning in the middle of the night.
The carpeting was as dirty as a city street.
We gave the waiter ( Jesus ) our remaining drink tickets
Wondering how bad the dessert might be, didn’t disappoint us. It was disgusting.
Our saving grace was telling each other it would be a night we would never forget
( unfortunately in a bad way )
I wouldn’t send my worst enemies to you
Yall should be ashamed of how you operate
After spending over 300.00 for our experience Will forever leave that same bad taste in our mouths and minds
Our cruise was on 9/6/2025 and I’m sure you’ve received more of the same reviews from others from that night
I hope you truly examine your all of your patrons reviews
Maybe you should revamp the ship, food, servers, and the dining rooms themselves
We have taken other dinner crises so we have a comparison to use as a gauge.
The ship looks nothing like the pictures you have on your website
A total flop !!!

我们把剩下的饮料券都给了服务员（我的天哪）。
本来还以为甜点会难吃到什么程度，结果果然没让我们失望。甜点实在太恶心了。
我们唯一庆幸的是互相告诉对方，这将是一个我们永生难忘的夜晚。
（可惜是那种不好的体验）
我不会把我最要好的敌人交给你们。
你们应该为自己的行事方式感到羞耻。
我们花了300多美元才得到这次体验，那种糟糕的感觉永远会留在我们嘴里和脑海里。
我们的邮轮之旅是在2025年9月6日，我相信你们也收到了更多来自其他人的关于那晚的类似评论。
我希望你们认真审视一下所有顾客的评论。
也许你们应该改进一下船体、食物、服务员以及餐厅本身。
我们已经经历过其他的晚餐危机，所以可以拿来做比较。
这艘船看起来和你们网站上的照片完全不一样。
彻底失败了！！！
