Fun for an experienced driver but not for the faint hearted.

点评：Amazing experience. We drove from The Swiss side over to Italy. Stopping at the top the temperature was 6 degrees...and arriving in the first Italian town around 25 minutes later it was 22.
Going up the hairpins one of the locals overtook me in an old pick up truck like I was standing still - and I wasn't going that slowly.
Coming down we turned a sharp corner and there had been a very recent crash. I reckoned someone had come flying along and had maybe rammed another car into the wall....it could have been the nutter in the pick up truck. The damaged car was on its own so the driver that caused it had probably driven off.
The tunnels are very tight and I can imagine it gets really challenging on a busy day...especially if larger vehicles are oncoming. We did the pass on a fairly quiet mid week afternoon so the fear factor was contained somewhat...although my partner probably wouldn't agree!
