点评：I am not one to leave reviews- but feel this is extremely important for the wellbeing of anyone contemplating hiring a boat from this company. We hired a boat today - a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Put simply, it all went well until we returned, all on time with no problems and we were greeted with full on explicit shouting and verbal
abuse by the woman. She kept shouting ‘turn right are you STUPID’ to my husband as we approached on our return. Another woman shouted ‘ are you an imbecile?’
My husband was turning right and he continue to do so and she kept SHOUTING ‘ ARE YOU STUPID’ . Then another woman who was next to her, came out and kept shouting at my 2 young children and this was when we had already parked!!!
I can’t help but feel this is part of a SCAM. They are trying to make you feel you have done something wrong to keep the deposit. We have had owned several boats over the years. We wanted our 2 youngest children to experience that joy as previous experienced boat owners having had boats on and off for 20 years!!!
UNFORTUNATELY for this company their scam has been surfaced- Please please please don’t be caught out by them. I really don’t want anyone to experience this level of verbal abuse and attempt of SCAMMING! Read the 1 star reviews!! I only did after the awful experience of verbal abuse we have just experienced to see if we’re alone- WE ARE NOT!
Please please please read the other one stare reviews guys. It’s ruined what was supposed to be , and actually was until mad angry women and her pressurised assistant started with this awful verbal abuse.
Sadly, a local who was trying to help explained that this is the normal behaviour of her in a plan to keep the deposit.
I’m so sad- we had had such a lovely time until this.
