Disgraceful Response After Accident

点评：This was an incredibly disappointing experience that went from promising to absolutely horrific. I rarely leave reviews like this, but what transpired deserves attention.
I initially chose WFO because of the competitive pricing and the exceptional customer service I received during the reservation process. The woman who handled my booking was fantastic—professional, helpful, and the main reason I decided to go with WFO. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
During my rental, I was involved in an accident that ejected me from the jet ski. Thankfully, two passing boats came to my aid, towing me back to safety. Despite the severity of the situation, the only damage was to myself, and I managed to get back on the jet ski and return it.
However, what I was met with upon returning was nothing short of appalling. The staff's reaction was the epitome of "adding insult to injury." Not only did they show a complete lack of sympathy for what was, quite frankly, a traumatic experience, but they also chose to berate and mock me instead. There is no excuse for the hostility, disrespectful comments, and outright disdain I was subjected to after nearly losing my life.
Professionalism and basic human decency were entirely absent in their response. It’s one thing to be concerned about the equipment, but it's another to completely disregard the well-being of a customer who just went through a harrowing ordeal. Their conduct was disgraceful and turned what could have still been a positive experience—even with the accident—into a total disaster. WFO needs to seriously reconsider how they handle incidents and treat their customers, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone.
