点评：I had booked a party for my daughter, I had sent Facebook messages, emails and left phone messages and go no reply so after weeks of trying I got through on the phone and got to book the party which was in the mix of a system change over so my booking was just noted down, I was told I would need to provide plates cups decorations ect. And would get a confirmation email and to pay deposit once system was up and running and then a call the week of the party to go over everything and confirm numbers. So a few weeks later I then I got the deposit email so paid that. I had no call the week of the party and it was on the Sunday so Saturday at 4pm I called to make sure everything was ok and was told the party had been cancelled to which I was completely stunned and unaware of so I said absolutely not and asked if it could still go ahead and luckily they hadn’t over booked me I then asked if I could arrive a little early to do my decorations table cloth and plates and cups which I was told to provide to then be told they will do that. I was told previously I could only arrive early if there was not party booked at 10 as they will have the room 10-12. We arrived at 12 and our booking was 12-2, we were giving food and drinks but it was all taken away at 130 and kids were still asking for drinks so I had to then buy more which I feel was unexpecable and then to be hurried at 140 and told will need to get out soon was a bit embarrassing when I told parents to come back at 2 for collection we were then being hoovered around when trying to give out party bags. Then we were rudely and abruptly asked to leave right now at 150 as the next party was waiting right outside the room. But then I was told if there was a party before us we couldn’t be early so why was this not told to the party who were after us. I feel our whole experience was just awfull.
