Fun For The Kids But Improvements Required …..

点评：It was at best, an average experience. However, I can’t help but feel underwhelmed as I had such high hopes for this place. I stayed in Glasgow for three years and in comparison to soft plays there, it was considerably off the mark.
Located in Ivanhoe Avenue, Inverness and attached to the large Asda Superstore, it looked inviting from the outside. For myself and my two young boys to get in it was £30.00! Personally, I think that’s an absolute rip-off. Almost double than the cost of the soft play in Elgin.
We were given a two-hour slot which was a pretty decent amount of time. We stayed for the duration. I ordered some food and drink for us - again, a tad expensive but the Cappuccino was lovely and the boys enjoyed their Baby Hot Chocolates.
The soft play itself was okay but there were no staff monitoring safety (this definitely happens in other places). I did get the impression, especially when travelling around the older children’s area, that it was a bit dusty and in need of a deep clean. The equipment was good and because of how much my boys enjoyed it, that’s bolstered my score somewhat.
The staff were a mixed bag. One girl came over really rude when we first came in but seemed to improve as our experience went on.
To summarise, I’ll not be rushing back unless the boys specifically ask. An easy 5/5 for them but from my perspective, a lot of improvements are required to get me on the same wavelength.

工作人员的表现则参差不齐。我们刚进去时，有个女孩态度极其粗鲁，不过随着游玩过程的推进，她的态度似乎有所改善。
总而言之，除非孩子们特别要求，否则我不会急着再去。对他们来说这绝对是个满分体验，但从我的角度来看，这里还有很多需要改进的地方才能让我满意。
