Terrible Service - the Spa Manager is awful!! Take your business elsewhere!

点评：Terrible experience. The massages was good but the treatment by the manager of the spa was terrible. I booked a massage for my son and myself to get some relaxation. I spent $500 to be treated very poorly. I was advised that you are able to use the sauna for 30 minutes. After the massages that were at the same time my son and I used the sauna for about 10 min since it was my first time. Then we went into the steam room for 10 minutes. We then took a shower and got ready for our day. I was just about ready and my son texted me that he was waiting for me in the outside area. As I came out of the locker room I heard saw the manager push the door open to where my son was sitting and then he proceeded to speak in a condescending manner that my son was using the facility for more that 1/2 and that was not allowed. He was extremely rude then he turned around and saw me standing there. I didn't;t even know if I should use the bathroom that's how taken back I was. When I was paying the manager I asked what exactly was the time limit - then he advised it was 45 minutes. I called back to speak to the manager of the hotel - I was referred to Carla. After some time I spoke to Carla and I told her what happened. She advised there was no time limit and that was a terrible to be treated this way. She advised the time limit was only for the suana. She advised she would speak to the general manager and that I would be getting a refund. I never heard from her and I called back with no luck in getting a return call. This was disgraceful and I have heard other similar stories about their restaurant service. I spent $500 for 2 massages only to be kicked out for using their amenities for an hour. Horrible and shameful. Go elsewhere where your business is appreciated!!!!
