Great place to discover nature with kids, amazing staff and restaurant.

点评：My kids 1 and 4 come here once a week almost and they always love it.
This an amazing place to start discovering the Dunes of Schoorl with kids. Offering numerous activities for children, to explore the highest dune of the Netherlands and all that surrounds it. Like forest elf trail, and following one of the rangers to find owl droppings and other animal tracks.
The staff is very friendly and will help you with alll questions that you have. They are volunteers so when it’s busy, sometimes you need to be a little patient.
Besides that it has two great playgrounds for kids with water and sand train. Also the souvenir shop is very popular with the kids. And has a playing area for the kids to make sand drawings, learn about the nature and it hosts often very interesting exhibitions. E.g. an immker displaying his bees.
Last but not least a very nice restaurant with amazing views of the dunes and nature. Great place for lunch and drinks after a nice walk or bike ride through the dunes.
So when you visit Schoorl with kids, this a great starting and ending point for nature exploration
