点评：We rented a weekly charter from this company and the boat had maintenance issues so we had to return to port to fix which cost us two days of our vacation. They brought another skipper aboard to help the initial one without notifying us and the new skipper brought his girlfriend aboard to hang out and stay with us without asking. The boat also had problems with generator/AC and our boat was only 3 years old. When we checked in they told us they had no captain so we had to wait 5 hours for them to find one. We were supposed to have an early (1:00) departure but left at 6:30. When we arrived at the boat there was no hostess or captain or anyone to load and put away the groceries that had been delivered but were sitting out in the sun so we had to do it ourselves. The company has refused to return any money to us. We have used other companies that are so much better than this one. I do not recommend them, even if they are cheaper.
