Large, mysterious spider in my car, (which they sell), staff not interested!

点评：This was our first visit to the store which we liked. Our problem began when we were leaving. We got to our car, I removed my coat, which I'd been wearing, and tossed it between the front seats onto the back seat. As I did so a very large spider fell from my coat onto the driver's seat. I clearly saw this happen so it wasn't already in the car. It ran up and down a few moments then disappeared into the back. I'm scared of spiders so we hunted for this thing for ages without success. It's still in there! The problem I have is when I went back into the store to explain what had happened and enquire about whether their spiders were potentially dangerous or not. I spoke to a petite woman with ginger(ish), straight hair. I was told yes some are but it couldn't be one of theirs. She then proceeded to explain what a house spider was and suggested it was on my coat the whole time. So this big spider stayed on me unnoticed for a 30 min drive to the store, 30-40 mins looking around including the snakes/spiders section, only revealing itself over an hour later! She wasn't interested in anything I was saying. Didn't ask my name and number, what had happened, whether I'd been near the spiders, what it looked like, check to see if any were missing, what to do if we find it, nothing. You could at least have pretended to be concerned. You have potentially dangerous spiders at your store. With that in mind the one in my car could well have come from you and therefore be potentially dangerous.
