While planning our Kashmir trip, we came across a suggestion on Google to connect with a local travel agent for the best experience. That's how we got in touch with Chimalaya Tours & Travels, and Mrs. Anjum guided us through every step of the planning process.
My wife, youngest daughter, and I were looking for a relaxed and premium holiday. After several detailed discussions, Mrs. Anjum carefully tailored an itinerary that perfectly suited our requirements: one night in a houseboat, two nights in Sonamarg, two nights in Gulmarg, two nights in Pahalgam, and our final night in Srinagar.
We arrived in Srinagar on 5th June 2026 and returned on 13th June with countless sweet memories. The entire trip was exceptionally well-organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned. Mrs. Anjum took care of every detail and was always available whenever we needed assistance. In fact, it felt as though she was virtually travelling with us throughout the journey, ensuring everything went smoothly.
On the third day of our trip, we had the pleasure of meeting Anjum and her husband, Rayan, at 14th Avenue Café in Srinagar. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that this dedicated couple personally manages the travel company. Their passion, commitment, and genuine concern for their guests are truly admirable.
They also arranged an excellent vehicle and driver for our entire stay. Mr. Ameer, who was our driver-cum-guide for seven days, was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. He was warm, courteous, knowledgeable, and always eager to show us the best of Kashmir. His friendly nature and dedication greatly enhanced our overall experience.
