点评：Me and my group had some guides from Loen Active take us up the Via Ferrata, and I just wanted to say how good the guides were.
First off, if they tell you that you need to rent shoes, believe them. The shoes make a massive difference, but that doesn't always become obvious before its too late to change. Also, bring as much water as they tell you.Its a big deal.
I got into some trouble about half way up with my heart and my breathing, and was forced to turn back. A guide named Arne stuck with me the whole way down and made sure I got down safe. I really appreciate the help.
These guides know their stuff, and if they tell you to rent or buy something for the trip, they are not trying to hustle you. I encourage you to trust them because I did, and I was way better off for it.
