点评：We recently visited Belton House Spa for a spa day, paying £250 for full use of the facilities, a light lunch, and a 50-minute massage on the 16/02/25. While the staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating, the overall experience was far from the luxury advertised.
The facilities felt more like a community center than a high-end spa. The changing rooms and pool were busy with children, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. There was no dim lighting or calming ambiance you’d expect for the price. While the steam room and sauna were spacious and enjoyable, the showers nearby were subpar and didn’t add to the experience. The lockers also didn’t work properly, which was frustrating.
The biggest disappointment was the lunch—it was supposed to be a salad but consisted of stale cheese, raw onion, breadcrumbs, and fruit, with the only redeeming parts being the chicken and lettuce. Definitely not what we expected.
On a positive note, the massage was lovely, and the relaxation room was a great touch. However, for the cost, we were expecting something much more luxurious. While the staff did their best, the spa itself did not live up to its advertised experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return.
