Bike2rent的点评
点评：We took 6 motorbikes, 4 GS-1250 and 2 CFMoto-450 and drove to transalpina, transapusean, part of transfagarasan, Brasov area, Sinaia area. Total of 7 days.
As we didn't have a clear plan, Lucian from Bike2rent assisted with POI and detailed support. He was available to all questions we had in the planning phase (and we had a lot..).
Then, when we arrived and changed the bike mix, he was flexible and assisted us promptly in setting up the new bike mix. We felt that 100% of his time was dedicated to us, although he was busy with other teams in parallel.
Whenever we had a problem (mainly questions about alarms), he responded immediately and provided with solutions. He even helped us to order pizzas in a storm, with delivery (in Sinaia), on the phone.
Returning the bikes was also a smooth and warm process (it was freezing outside).
Overall I warmly recommend Lucian and his team, we will surely come back and work with him. He became a friend, someone I can trust. Thank you Lucian for a unique service, we all appreciate it a lot and thank you!!!
