If I could give Gulia 100 stars I would!

点评：My dream for over 20 years was to take a cooking class in Italy with a wonderful local chef—using fresh ingredients, surrounded by the gorgeous Tuscan landscape, and sharing the experience with like-minded new friends. Rarely do those dreams come true, but with Gulia, mine did—and then some!
Our day began with a cozy meetup at a local bakery for coffee and sweets, where Gulia immediately made all eight of us feel welcomed and at ease. She’s warm, friendly, and so down-to-earth. We then walked through a lively farmers market to pick out fresh, beautiful produce, followed by a stop at the butcher to choose our main ingredients based on the group’s preferences.
From there, we went to Gulia’s family home—built by her grandfather and full of charm, history, and tradition. The moment you walk in, you feel the soul of Tuscany all around you.
What I didn’t realize until later is that Gulia is well-known all over Italy for her blog, cookbooks, and cooking videos. But despite her accomplishments, she remains passionate, genuine, and incredibly humble. She’s a fabulous teacher—creative, informative, and full of contagious enthusiasm. We cooked delicious Tuscan recipes together, laughed, learned, and truly had a blast.
After cooking, we enjoyed our meal outside, soaking in the stunning Tuscan views. It was absolutely magical.
I cannot recommend Gulia’s cooking class more highly. It was everything I hoped for and so much more—an unforgettable, joyful experience that I will treasure forever
