An experience like no other in Tuscany!

点评：True, authentic and lively Tuscan cooking experience in a beautiful, cozy setting!
We couldn’t have found a more perfect way to spend our first afternoon in Tuscany, after driving in from Milan. We arrived at Juls’ home, and we were immediately ushered in into her lovely and quaint kitchen, where we met 3 other aspiring Italian chefs, ready to start our day learning all about Tuscan cooking and enjoying the company of each other. We enjoyed espresso first and got to know each other, then sat down at the large kitchen table to discuss the day’s menu. We spent the next three hours prepping, learning and cooking beautiful vegetables and dishes that were truly inspired. After we were done, we were able to sit out on the beautiful patio overlooking the Tuscan hillside and enjoy our creations. If you are interested in learning to cook the Tuscan way, or you like to cook incredibly vegetable forward, this is an experience that truly cannot be missed. We felt like family and would definitely repeat the experience as we think about plans for Italy in the future! Please go see Juls … you won’t be disappointed!!
