点评：Staff are so rude, need to learn to smile & be abit more kid friendly.
I will never ever return and waste my money at an establishment that staff offer such appalling customer service. My child’s friends hand got stuck in the netting in the soft play so I ran up to assist her as it states on signage all children must be supervised and I was spoken to like dirt on the floor by a boy half my age and told no adults aloud and the children can get out too- I had paid for wrist bands for the children but they were that excited they just hadn’t put them on.
We had the whole place to ourselves not another soul here (not really surprised wish we hadn’t bothered now), my son and his friend Both 6 year old children were told to “get off” after an hour when I had paid for 2 for 1 hours bounce, they actually made the children get off and change their wrist bands before starting their second hour both kids were very upset on how they were spoken to.
DO NOT waste your money or time!!
your staff need serious training on how to speak to customers and children properly !!
So glad I never booked a birthday party here as originally intended to.
We are local people and are absolutely disgusted with the service we received.
0* from me and I will be sure to make sure I tell everyone I know not to waste their money.
