Bad customer service and we got turned away
Water Fowl Sanctuary and Children's Farm的点评
点评：We visited the sanctuary recently and sadly had a very upsetting experience with a staff member at the entrance. We were simply clarifying the ticket cost when he became rude, made personal remarks, and then told us to leave - shouting and slamming the door in front of my 2 and half year old niece, who was frightened by the situation.
It’s important to say that we support places like this sanctuary, and this complaint is not about the animals or the venue itself. But the way we were spoken to and the impact it had on my niece was completely inappropriate, especially for a place that advertises as family-friendly.
After sharing our experience, we were contacted by several other visitors who had similar encounters, including families with children and individuals with learning differences.
We truly hope the sanctuary can address this, as the behavior of one individual shouldn’t overshadow the joy this place seems to bring.
